REFUND POLICY:
All purchases are final. Tickets and activities are non-refundable.

Failure to redeem tickets and/or complete a visit as scheduled, for any reason, is considered a no-show, resulting in a forfeiture of tickets and denial of any claims for credits or refunds. Services will be considered rendered in full.

PICK-A-DAY TICKET POLICY:
Tickets are valid for the exact date selected by the customer at time of purchase. Admission gates close 1 hour prior to the posted closing time on the day of the scheduled visit. Once inside, guests can stay and play until closing time.

SEASON PASS MEMBERSHIP POLICY:
A valid 2026 season pass, Sept 12 - Nov.1, with current photo must be presented each visit for entry. School field trips, Homeschool Day, educational tours, and some special events are excluded from season passes. Passes are valid for the specified season they were purchased for and cannot be carried forward. Season passes are non-transferable and only valid for the person named on pass. Season passes purchased online are not available for use on the same day. Allow 24-hours for processing.

2026 Yearly Passes are valid for unlimited visits to Sunset Valley Farms, during scheduled hours of operation March 28 through Dec. 23. Dates and availability to visit are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen events necessitating closure.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY:
You are purchasing tickets for an outdoor facility that will take place rain-or-shine. Depending on the severity of the weather, some animals may need to take shelter for their comfort and safety. In addition, some attractions/rides may need to temporarily close for guest and staff safety. In very rare cases, severe weather may force us to close the Farm. Rain checks will be issued only when the Farm closes for the day.

Notifications regarding weather related closings are posted on our Facebook page when closing occurs. Tickets are non-refundable and we will accept the tickets on another date while we are open unless should you opt to cancel your visit due to personal preferences related to inclement weather such as cold or rain.

CLOSURE POLICY:
Should Sunset Valley Farms be forced to cancel, for any reason, including weather, then a credit voucher equal to the amount paid will be issued to the purchaser, which may be used towards a future purchase of tickets or season pass during the same year.

COMMUNICATION POLICY:
By completing a purchase, I allow Sunset Valley Farms to email or occasionally text me with information about this or upcoming events. I understand that I can opt out at any time.

On occasion Sunset Valley Farms, LLC will photograph or take videos of visitors for educational or promotional purposes. Entry to Sunset Valley Farms grants full permission for the use of these images without notification or compensation.

WARNING & ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
By entering Sunset Valley Farms, all visitors voluntarily assume the inherent and potential risks associated with exposure to communicable and zoonotic diseases, including but not limited to COVID-19, E. Coli, Salmonella, and Listeriosis. Such diseases may be transmitted through contact with other guests, staff, animals, or surfaces throughout the property.

Exposure to these illnesses can occur regardless of age or health condition. However, certain individuals—including but not limited to young children (under age 5), older adults (over age 65), pregnant individuals, and those with compromised immune systems—may be at increased risk of severe illness, long-term complications, or death.

Furthermore, by interacting with animals at Sunset Valley Farms, visitors acknowledge the natural and inherent risk of physical injuries, including but not limited to bites, scratches, and other minor or serious bodily harm. While the farm takes reasonable steps to minimize such risks, injuries may still occur. Any incident involving injury that results in a break in the skin must be reported to staff immediately at the time of occurrence.

Play at own risk. Adult supervision is required. Playground attendants not on duty. Sunset Valley Farms is not responsible for injuries. There are inherent risks of using playground equipment, including but not limited to sprains, fractures or breaks.

By visiting Sunset Valley Farms, you expressly accept and assume all such risks on behalf of yourself and any minors or dependents in your care.

TENNESSEE AGRITOURISM LIABILITY ACT
WARNING. Under Tennessee law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of Agritourism activities include among others, risks of injury inherent to lands, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.


Acknowledgment of Risk and Release of Liability

By completing this purchase and/or entering the premises of Sunset Valley Farms llc. (d/b/a Sunset Valley Farms), you, on behalf of yourself, your guests, any individuals receiving admission, season passes, or gifts from you relating to Sunset Valley Farms, and all respective family members, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby acknowledge and accept that participation in activities at Sunset Valley Farms involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of personal injury, illness, property damage, or death.

In consideration of being permitted to visit and participate in any activity at Sunset Valley Farms, you voluntarily agree to assume all such risks and do hereby fully and forever release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Sunset Valley Farms, LLC, its owners, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, vendors, representatives, and affiliates (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action whatsoever, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, arising out of or related in any way to your visit or participation, including claims based on negligence or the acts or omissions of any of the Released Parties.

This release of liability applies to all current and future claims and is binding upon you and all others listed above. Entry onto the premises constitutes agreement to these terms by all persons in your party, regardless of whether they personally completed the purchase transaction
